Abstract:
A tightly-sealed finish-rolling twenty-roller half sleeve apparatus, related to the field of steel rolling equipment. The half sleeve apparatus comprises a connecting key (1), a roller neck (2) of a first middle roller provided on the outer wall with a first key groove (21), a first middle roller holder (3) provided with a second key groove (31) on the outer wall at the bottom, and a half sleeve (4) provided with a third key groove (42). The half sleeve consists of two identical half sleeve bodies (41). A third key groove is provided on the inner walls of the half sleeve bodies. The length of the connecting key equals the length of the third key groove; the length of the third key groove equals the sum of the length of the first key groove and that of the second key groove. The finish-rolling twenty-roller half sleeve apparatus, by providing the first key groove, the second key groove, and the third key groove fitting the connecting key, allows the roller neck of the first middle roller to be tightly fitted with the bottom part of the first middle roller holder and assembled in the half sleeve, thus solving the problem of the roller neck of the first middle roller being twisted off or severe wearing at an arced position.
