Abstract:
This tilting vehicle turns in a tilted orientation and has a tilting frame structure that is configured from a material containing a fiber reinforced resin. The tilting vehicle provides a configuration capable of suppressing changes in riding comfort while achieving weight reduction. The vehicle comprises: a rear structure 20 which tilts to the left when turning to the left and tilts to the right when turning to the right in the lateral direction of the vehicle, and which is configured from a material containing a carbon fiber reinforced resin; and a tilting frame structure damage notification unit 40 which provides notification of damage if an non-visible portion of the rear structure 20 is damaged by an impact on the rear structure 20 when the vehicle falls over in the lateral direction.
