Abstract:
Provided are a time-based method for receiving a mobile phone message, and a message system. The method comprises: recording message receiving time periods corresponding to one or more mobile phone apps; determining the current time; determining whether the current time is within one of the message receiving time periods corresponding to the mobile phone apps; and if not, receiving a message and storing the message to a local file without providing a user with a new message notification; or if yes, receiving a message and providing a user with a new message notification. By setting mobile phone app message receiving time periods to automatically set the time for receiving a mobile phone app message and providing a new message notification for a user, the user can be prevented from being disturbed by a mobile phone app message in particular time without missing the mobile phone app message.
