Abstract:
A time clock (10) capable of outputting a punch data to a connected USB memory (100) is provided with a control section (25) which authenticates the validity of the USB memory (100) as an output destination of the punch data and determines whether outputting of the punch data is possible or not, according to the result of the authentication. The control section (25) makes the authentication according to authentication data stored in the USB memory (100). The control section (25) makes the authentication according to comparison of identification data relating to the time clock (10) with authentication data included in the authentication data stored in the external device.
