Abstract:
A time competition-based parking space reservation system and method, the method comprising: if it is determined that the time of receiving a reservation request reported by a wireless terminal for a target parking space is earlier than the time of receiving reservation requests reported by the remaining terminals for the target parking space, querying weather information within a preset duration corresponding to the target parking space and issuing same to the wireless terminal; if indication information reported by the wireless terminal indicates that it is necessary to generate a parking navigation path, generating a parking guidance path between the current vehicle position and the target parking space and sending same to the wireless terminal; and when the vehicle in which the wireless terminal is located drives away from the target parking space, deducting a corresponding parking fee according to a charging criterion corresponding to the target parking space and the actual parking duration of the vehicle in which the wireless terminal is located at the target parking space. The present invention enables a driver to conveniently find a parking space, know in advance weather information within a preset duration corresponding to the parking space, and perform vehicle protection preparation in advance for parking.
