Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to assist in alerting a user of the need for maintenance, and to assist in determining the priority order of maintenance work. The present invention is equipped with: a detection unit (11), which detects that a compressor (4) is in an inoperable state; a timekeeping unit (12), which counts a backup operation time, which is the time that elapses after a change to a backup operation wherein a compressor (4) other than the compressor (4) that has been detected as inoperable is used for the air-conditioning operation; and a display unit (13) which, when one or more compressors (4) have been detected as inoperable and the operation has changed to the backup operation, displays a remaining backup operation time that is obtained by subtracting the backup operation time from the amount of time allowed for the air-conditioning operation to be performed by means of the backup operation.
