Abstract:
Disclosed are a time-of-flight measurement circuit, a related chip and an electronic apparatus. The time-of-flight measurement circuit comprises a pixel array. At least one pixel unit comprises: a photosensitive sensor (D01), which cannot perform sensing within a period of dead time after sensing a photon; an AND gate (A01), a first input end of which is coupled to the photosensitive sensor, a second input end of which is coupled to a row selection line (11RS0), and a third input end of which is coupled to a column selection line (11CS1); a latch circuit (L01), an input end of which is coupled to an output end of the AND gate; an OR gate (G01), a first input end of which is coupled to the output end of the AND gate, and a second input end of which is coupled to a row movement control line (S0); a multiplexer (M01), a first input end of which is coupled to a preset voltage (0), and a second input end of which is coupled to an output end of a pixel unit that is in the previous row and in the same column as the pixel unit; and an XOR gate (X01), a first input end of which is coupled to an output end of the latch circuit, and a second input end of which is coupled to an output end of the multiplexer.
