Abstract:
A time register according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an in (IN) signal input unit for receiving an input signal having a first time interval; a trigger signal input unit for receiving a trigger signal; an enable (EN) generation unit for generating an EN signal in response to the input signal and the trigger signal; a set (SET) signal input unit for receiving a set signal; and a series delay gate circuit unit for receiving the EN signal and transmitting the SET signal. Accordingly, the present invention can design a time register capable of storing time information and a clock synchronous addition or subtraction. Further, the present invention can provide a time register which can improve a time resolution together with a processing time by using a series delay gate circuit in implementing the time register, and provide a time-digital conversion device, a time-digital conversion method, a time calculation device, and a time calculation method.
