Abstract:
In order to simplify calculation of delay times in a time synchronization device in a packet network, when executing time synchronization using synchronization signals sent via the packet network, this time synchronization device (20) comprises: a data reception unit (21) that receives synchronization information having a time correction field used when correcting synchronized time information in a client device (30); a pre-data processing time correction unit (22) that deducts information indicating the time that synchronization information was received, from the time correction field, and updates the time correction field; a post-data processing time correction unit (23) that adds, to the time correction information in the time correction field updated in the pre-data processing time correction unit (22), information indicating the time after the synchronization information was data processed and updates the time correction field; and a data transmission unit (24) that sends the updated synchronization information to the client device (30).
