Abstract:
A time synchronization method and apparatus are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: each network element node locks the clock synchronization signal of its up-level network element node through the physical channel, and establishes a clock synchronization network; the each network element node uses the locked clock synchronization signal to perform time counting, and performs time compensation by Network Time Protocol to realize time synchronization according to the time counting. By the present invention, each network element node uses the locked clock signal to perform the time counting, and performs the time compensation according to the time counting to realize the time synchronization, the problem in the related technique that accumulative effect of phase transmission can result in very obvious phase delay is solved, and the phase delay is reduced, the high accuracy, high interfere resistance ability and reliability are realized.
