Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a time synchronization method and device. The method comprises: a base station determining a transmission period of a time synchronization signal for at least one terminal device according to time synchronization information of the at least one terminal device; the base station transmitting the transmission period of the time synchronization signal to the at least one terminal device; and the base station transmitting the time synchronization signal to the at least one terminal device according to the transmission period of the time synchronization signal. The present solution enables striking a balance between ensuring the time synchronization requirement and ensuring resource efficiency.
