Abstract:
A time-varying underwater acoustic channel simulation method based on a conditional generative adversarial network, relating to the technical field of underwater acoustic communications. A semi-supervised learning model is used to achieve small sample data augmentation, and time-varying underwater acoustic channel state information is adaptively learnt, such that the effect of simulating the time-varying underwater acoustic channel is achieved. A discrimination model is fixed, and a generation model is trained, such that a generated sample is close to a real distribution; and the generation model is fixed, and the discrimination model is trained to distinguish the generated sample from a real sample as much as possible, thereby forming a dynamic game process. The discrimination model uses KL divergence to measure an error between a generated sample distribution and a real sample distribution, and the generation model completed training has the capability of simulating the time-varying underwater acoustic channel. By using the method, the underwater acoustic channel can be more truly restored according to an actually measured sample, and more test data can be generated, such that the test cost is greatly reduced, and the channel simulation accuracy is effectively improved.
