The invention is related to a time zone sharing method in general from a mobile device which shows the time zone of the user. The invention is particularly related to a time zone information sharing system which is used in mobile devices such as smart phone, tablet, computers etc. and informs the opponent about the time zone information of the user.

STATE OF THE ART

Today together with the development of technology, communication and communications tools are also developed. Together with the development of communication, it is possible to reach the people in different time zones by means of e-mail, call or message.

When we require reaching the people in different time zones by means of e-mail, call or message, sometimes it is not possible to reach them due time difference. In case we do not know where the location of the people is, time zone estimation cannot be made either.

In the present state of the art, without knowing the time in the location where the people from different time zones are present, it is endeavoured to reach by means of e-mail, call or message according to the time zone of the people themselves. This situation caused bothering these people in different time zones during their sleeping hours or late in the night.

In the patent application No DE102004058926 which is encountered as a result of the technical researches made, time information adjustments are made by entering appointment information. The information is entered by the user manually or by means of the automatic presetting included within the profile. However, adjustment of the user manually can cause false information in this application.

As a result, developments are made in the time zone information system and methods, therefore new configurations are required in order to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and bring solutions to the current systems.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to a time zone information method which fulfils the above mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.

The main purpose of the invention is to enable someone who wants to reach another one communicating with the other party during available times by knowing the time zone of the relevant party.

A purpose of the invention is to prevent bothering the people in different time zones during non-available times such as sleeping hours etc. by means of sharing the time zone of the relevant person.

Another purpose of the invention is to transmit an important data to the people who require reaching the user about when the user is available. In order to fulfil all advantages mentioned above and to be understood from the following description, the present invention has a mobile device which has at least one of the location and automatic time zone characteristics.

The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive time zone information sharing method is explained in a manner such that to clarify the subject matter and without creating any limiting effect. Figure 1 is a schematic view of the inventive time zone information method. The invention comprises a mobile device (1 ) which has at least one characteristic of the location and automatic time zone characteristics. The location or automatic time zone characteristics included within said mobile device (1 ) comprises sharing the time zone information (A) of the user. Therefore, the time zone of the person can be viewed by the person who requires reaching him/her.

Said mobile device (1 ) user can obtain time zone information (A) not only from his/her device (1 ) but also can save this information manually on the device. The mobile device creates virtual time zone information (A) time interval according to said time zone information (A). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user said time interval manually. In this invention, there is no need for the user to enter any information to the application. The user is required to activate the time zone information (A) sharing characteristic from the application. In case the time zone information (A) is active on the mobile device (1 ) of the user, if the user is required to be reached within the programmed hours then it is not possible to reach the mobile device (1 ). The time zone information (A) of the user is presented to the person who wants the reach the user. For example, if the user programs the hours between 23:00-08:00 and if the time is 02:00 when the person who wants to reach the user, the mobile device (1 ) of the user does not ring and the time zone information (A) is given to the person who calls the user. Therefore, the person who calls the user understands that in the location of the user it is 02:00. When the user activates the time zone information (A), all applications of the device are in silent mode; therefore, it is not required to put the device on silent. In case the user activates the time zone information (A) sharing characteristic, the person who calls him/her understands the time zone of the user and estimates the time to return to him/her. In case time zone information (A) is activated in the user, an information message is sent to the other party. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said information message is in SMS / WHATSAPP form when it is required to reach by call and SMS, is in e-mail form when it is required to reach by e-mail.

The inventive time zone information sharing method comprises the following process steps respectively:

• The user programs the time zone information (A) time interval from his/her mobile device (1 ) when he/she requires to share the time zone information,

• Said user activates the time zone information (A) sharing characteristic from the mobile device (1 ),

· In case the user is required to be reached within the programmed time interval, the mobile device (1 ) sends information message to the other party.

When the user activates the time zone information (A) sharing characteristic from his/her mobile device (1 ), this information (A) becomes open to everyone. In an embodiment of the invention, the user can make prior adjustment from his/her mobile device (1 ) for the people that he does not desire to view the time zone information (A). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user can be able to program the sleep time information (B) from the mobile device (1 ). This information (B) also becomes open to everyone when the user activates the time zone information (A) sharing characteristic. In an embodiment of the invention, the user can be able to make prior adjustment from his/her mobile device (1 ) for the people whom he/she does not want to show his/her sleep time information (B).
