Abstract:
A timer implementation method and device, the method comprising: on the basis of the expiry time of a first-expiring timer node in a timer linked list, determining a count cycle of a hardware timer (S101); when the count cycle of the hardware timer expires, traversing the timer nodes in the timer linked list, and updating the count cycle of the hardware timer (S102). The invention can effectively reduce system power consumption and processor resource occupancy.
