Abstract:
Provided is a timer which can be easily used when warming and cooking food in a container to the extent that it can be served, and can reliably broadcast when the cooking of the food is finished. A timer body (1) formed in a certain shape is provided with a gravity center moving means for moving the gravity center in the timer body (1) due to the lapse of time, wherein the timer body (1) is moved a given distance on the basis of the movement of the gravity center in the timer body (1) upon the lapse of a certain period. In accordance with this feature, the gravity center of the timer body (1) is moved gradually or instantly by the gravity center moving means due to the lapse of time and the timer body (1) is moved in the given distance on the basis of the movement of the gravity center in the timer body (1). Thus, the lapse of time can be reliably broadcasted with a simple structure by assessing this movement.
