Abstract:
Disclosed is a tin oxide material which can be used as, for example, an electrode for a sensor.  The tin oxide material comprises at least one of SnO and SnO2.  When the tin oxide material is applied on a surface to be treated, nano-level projections and depressions are formed on the surface by tin oxide nano-crystals, wherein the tin oxide nano-crystals have an average length of 3 to 50 nm.
