Abstract:
In the present invention, a rotary cutter (5) has a pair of concave receiving parts (53) for receiving the distal ends (10a) of a pair of electrode tips (10), and through-passage parts (50) passing through in the direction of the rotation axis and opening into each of the concave receiving parts (53). A cover case (3) covers the concave receiving parts (53) at the bottom side of the rotary cutter (5) and has cutout portions (3b) corresponding to the concave receiving parts (53) at the bottom side. A cover plate (7) is fastened near the top-side concave receiving parts (53) of the rotary cutter (5) so as to cover the top side concave receiving parts (53), and electrode tip insertion holes (7a) are formed in the center of the cover plate (7).
