Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tip for an excavator bucket, comprising: (a) a step of producing a core from an alloy steel; (b) a step of forming a main body including a wedge-shaped front end portion, a rear end portion to be coupled to teeth of the bucket, and a coupling portion formed from the rear end portion toward the front end portion; and (c) a step of fitting and coupling the core produced in step (a) to the coupling portion of the main body formed in step (b).
