Abstract:
A tip-up/slide type car seat with an interlock mechanism, wherein unless a seat cushion (C) is tilted by a tip-up mechanism (4), a limiting lever (53) is kept unswingably by the pressing of an operation plate (50) by the retaining pin (50b) and brought in a state allowed to abut on a stopper plate (54). When the seat cushion (C) is tilted by the tip-up mechanism (4), the guide pin (43b) of a flap arm (43) rotates a cam plate (52), the cam plate (52) pulls an association rod (51), and the association rod (51) swings the operation plate (50), the operation plate (50) releases the pressing of the limiting lever (53) by the retaining pin (50b), and the limiting lever (53) is brought into the state allowed to ride on the stopper plate (54). Thus, the entire part of a seat can be moved to a specified position.
