Abstract:
A tire assembly has: a tire; and a shape measurement unit using magnetism. In order to acquire the deformation state of a sidewall, the shape measurement unit is provided, in a first region that is either a tread section correspondence region on the inner surface of the tire that corresponds to the tread section, or a bead section correspondence region on the inner surface of the tire that corresponds to the bead section, with either a magnetic field generator or a magnetic sensor that detects, on the basis of a magnetic field generated by a magnetic generator, the separation distance from the magnetic generator, and in a second region, the shape measurement unit is provided with the other of the magnetic generator or the magnetic sensor.
