Abstract:
A tire blowout safety hub, comprising a hub body (1). The hub body (1) is provided with an outer ring surface (11), as well as a first side surface (12) and a second side surface (13) which are oppositely arranged on two sides of the outer ring surface (11); two sides of the outer ring surface (11) are oppositely provided with a first wheel edge (123) and a second wheel edge (131); a tire mounting seat is formed between the first wheel edge (123) and the second wheel edge (131), the tire mounting seat is provided with an anti-escape clamping ring (111), the anti-escape clamping ring (111) is an annular convex ring arranged along the outer ring surface (11), and the anti-escape clamping ring (111) and the outer ring surface (11) are concentrically arranged; a tooth-shaped structure is provided on the surface of the anti-escape clamping ring (111), the tooth-shaped structure comprises a plurality of protruding teeth (1111) and tooth grooves (1112) which are arranged at intervals; the protruding teeth (1111) are protrusions extending outwards from the surface of the anti-escape clamping ring (111), the tooth grooves (1112) are grooves recessed inwards from the surface of the anti-escape clamping ring (111), and the diameter of the outer circle of the convex teeth (1111) is greater than that of the tire bead adapted to the tire mounting base. When a tire provided with the described tire blowout safety hub blows out, the anti-escape clamping ring may clamp the tire, while the tire bead of the tire is held, so that the blown out tire may continue to rotate along with the hub, and the yaw amplitude of the vehicle is reduced.
