Abstract:
A tire inner liner obtained using a cylindrical film (10) comprising a thermoplastic material obtained by inflation molding, wherein the proportion of breaking strength in the tire width direction (14) to breaking strength in the tire circumferential direction (18) of the cylindrical film (10) is 1.35-1.80. A pneumatic tire (1) is obtained by: extrusion-molding a cylindrical film (10) by inflation molding using a thermoplastic material, the proportion of the breaking strength in the extruding direction (12) to the breaking strength in a direction (16) perpendicular to the extruding direction of the cylindrical film being 1.35-1.80; placing the resulting cylindrical film (10) on a molding drum so that the extruding direction (12) is the tire width direction (14) to mold a green tire; and vulcanization-molding the green tire.
