Abstract:
This tire inspection device (100) inspects the asperity condition of a tire surface that includes a design section. The tire inspection device (100) has: a surface data acquisition unit (110) for acquiring surface data that includes asperity values of the tire surface; a differential processing unit (120) for carrying out differential processing of the asperity values included in the surface data, and acquiring differential data; a high-frequency elimination unit (130) for acquiring high-frequency-eliminated data in which a high-frequency component specified by a design section has been eliminated from the differential data; and a detection unit (140) for detecting a defective section of the tire surface, on the basis of the high-frequency-eliminated data.
