Abstract:
In the disclosed tire manufacturing method, coated cords are formed by coating cords with a resin material, and coated beads, in which the space between the cords is filled in with the resin material, are formed by shaping into bead-form the coated cords while welding or adhering the resin material of the coated cords. The coated beads are placed in contact with jigs arranged in a cavity of the mold used for forming the tire frame member, and the coated beads are fixed inside of said mold. By injecting the resin material in molten form into the cavity, the tire frame member is formed having the aforementioned coated beads in a tire bead unit.
