Abstract:
A tread rubber (16) in a vulcanized or partially vulcanized state is arranged distally to a tire frame member (12) in the radius direction of the tire, and is covered with a covering member to configure a temporary assembly; a pressing member which presses the tread rubber from the radially outer direction of the tire towards the aforementioned tire frame member is arranged between the aforementioned covering member and the aforementioned tread rubber. Suction is applied in the covering member through a valve, and the tread rubber is pressed towards the tire frame member; the aforementioned temporary assembly is accommodated in a container, and by heating inside said container, the aforementioned tread rubber is adhered to the aforementioned tire frame member.
