Abstract:
The disclosed tire is characterized by the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) when a reference length (Lr) is 20 μm being in the range of 0.1-0.6 μm, the diameter of outer surface irregularities being in the range of 40-230 μm, and by the irregularity depth being in the range of 3-22 μm. Also, the disclosed method for producing a die for tire vulcanization is characterized by a spherical abrasive material being projected at the surface of the die at a projection pressure of 0.1-0.6 MPa, treating said die surface.
