Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tire performance reinforcement means for preventing significant degradation in design performance, wherein, regarding various intrinsic and extrinsic risks to tires of land vehicles and aircraft, both civil and military vehicles that are traveling or in a stationary state on the ground, on the floors of other buildings or structures, on the decks of ships, or on the flight decks and hangar decks of aircraft carriers and amphibious assault ships, the tire performance reinforcement means has a diameter not larger than the outer diameter of a tire, a tire cover disk (TCD) which can rotate concentrically with the rotation center axis of a wheel is attached and fastened to the outer surface of the wheel on which the tire is mounted so as to cover the outer surface of the tire, and when the tire is punctured, the weight sharing load of a vehicle on the tire is transferred to the TCD to prevent the occurrence of buckling in a sidewall of the tire, thereby including a stationary state of the vehicle equipped with the tire. The present invention relates to a tire performance reinforcement means of a vehicle, wherein apparatus having various characteristics are built on the outer surface of each TCD to protect the structural integrity of a tire against various risks to the tire supporting the weight of the vehicle in contact with a solid road surface, thereby exhibiting the effects that: first, the outer surface is covered to maintain the air pressure of the tire so as to protect and maintain the structural integrity of the tire, thereby promoting the maximum maintenance of a stopping and driving design performance of a land and air vehicle; secondarily, when the tire is punctured, with the TCD being mounted, buckling starts on a sidewall of the tire, and at the same time, the weight sharing load of the vehicle on the tire is transferred to the TCD, thereby preventing significant degradation in design performance of the vehicle; and thirdly, braking torque generation means are disposed on the outer surface of an electric TCD at regular angular intervals in the circumferential direction such that the vehicle is not trapped in a road surface state on a slurry and can escape by means of magnetic drive.
