Abstract:
Disclosed is a tire state determination device (20), comprising wheel speed sensors (22, 24, 26, 28) that detect tire RPMs; and a control unit (40) that frequency analyzes the detection results of the wheel speed sensors (22, 24, 26, 28), detects frequencies that are valley portions of the output, and computes air pressure of the tires from the detected valley portion frequencies. The tire state determination device (20) thus has the effect of being capable of detecting the state of a tire regardless of the state of the road surface.
