Abstract:
This invention provides a tire vulcanization method, which, after vulcanization molding, in deflating a bladder and alienating the bladder from the inner face of the tire after the vulcanization, the bladder can be smoothly alienated from the inner face of the tire after the vulcanization by rapidly separating the bladder from the inner face of the tire after the vulcanization to deflate the bladder, and a tire vulcanization apparatus. In the tire vulcanization method, a bladder (30) inflated by feeding a fluid for heating and pressurization is mounted in the inner face of a green tire (G) set in a mold to press the green tire (G) against the inner face of the mold by the bladder (30). In this state, vulcanization molding is carried out. After the vulcanization molding, the bladder (30) is deflated and is alienated from the inner face (g1) of the tire after the vulcanization. In this case, a fluid is allowed to flow into between the outer face (30a) of the bladder and the inner face of the green tire (G) to easily separate the bladder (30) from the inner face (g1) of the tire after the vulcanization.
