Abstract:
The temperature in a bladder of a tire vulcanizing device is highly uniformly distributed and a local damage to the bladder is minimized.
A bladder (20) is inflated in a green tire contained in a vulcanizing mold, and steam (S) is ejected from a nozzle opening (43) toward the bladder (20) to supply the steam into the bladder (20). A diffusing member (44) is provided in a tilted orientation between the nozzle opening (43) and the bladder (20). The diffusing member (44) blocks the flow of the steam (S) ejected from the nozzle opening (43) and flowing toward the bladder (20) and diffuses the steam (S) by reflecting the steam (S) toward a predetermined direction in the bladder (20). The diffusing member (44) diffuses the steam (S) to supply the steam into the bladder (20), preventing the steam (S) from being ejected and directly impinged onto the bladder (20), and heats the green tire by the steam (S) to advance the vulcanization and molding.
