Abstract:
A tire with steel frame includes a bead (1) connected to a rim, a tread (2) contacted with the road, two annular steel plates (3), several steel pieces (4), a rubber sealing ring (5) and a charging valve (6). The two annular steel plates (3) are symmetrically provided on both sides of the tire. The inner edge of the annular steel plate (3) is provided in the bead (1), and the outer edge is provided in the tread (2). The steel piece (4) is provided in the tread (2), and both ends of the steel pieces (4) are fixed to the outer flange of the two annular steel plates (3). Both side flange of the rubber sealing ring (5) is sealing connected to both inner wall of the bead (1) so as to form an annular inner space with the bead (1), the annular steel plate (3) and the tread (2). The charging valve (6) is provided on the rubber sealing ring (5). The tire with steel frame can be easily manufactured, and have the stable ability of anti impact and anti penetration so as to avoid the burst accident.
