Abstract:
Disclosed is a tire made from a resin material which increases stress-resistance and can maintain higher internal pressure. By forming side sections (14) by connecting multiple arced surfaces (32) having a circumferential curvature, it is possible to distribute the stress acting on the side sections (14) into stress in the radial direction and stress in the direction of the circumference of the tire, and as a result, it is possible to decrease stress in the radial direction more than in conventional forms which are not provided with arced surfaces in the circumferential direction, and it is possible to ensure ample pressure resistance (internal pressure) in an inflated tire used by vehicles even when a thermoplastic material which is more susceptible to stress than rubber is used in the side sections (14).
