Abstract:
A convex part (110) of this pneumatic tire is configured by center side protrusion piece portions (111, 112) and end part side protrusion piece portions (113, 114) which are provided at a maximum width position (Wmax) of the tire. The convex part (110) is provided in the tire radial direction between a tire width direction end part of a tread part (20) that contacts a road surface, and a folded end (40a) of a carcass ply (40). The height (H2) of the end part side protrusion piece portions (113, 114) from the outer surface of a sidewall (100a) is greater than the height (H1) of the center side protrusion piece portions (111, 112) from the outer surface of the sidewall (100a).
