Abstract:
The present invention provides a tire which is provided with, in the tire crown portion, a helical cord layer and core cord layer provided between the top layer and bottom layer of the helical cord layer, wherein it is possible to suppress both the occurrence of groove cracking and the occurrence of separation from the width direction ends of the core cord layer. Specifically provided is a tire provided with: a carcass (14) which extends in a toroidal shape across a pair of beads (13); a helical cord layer (1) which is disposed in the crown portion to the outer side of the carcass in the radial direction of the tire, and is obtained by winding a reinforcing cord in a helical shape to form a top layer (1A) and a bottom layer (1B); and a core cord layer (2) which is disposed between the top layer and bottom layer of the helical cord layer. The reinforcing cord of the helical cord layer comprises carbon fibers, and the angle of the core cord in the core cord layer relative to the circumferential direction of the tire is in the range of 0° to 50°.
