Abstract:
A bead section (60) of a pneumatic tire (10) has a bead structure (61) including a bead filler (64) and a bead core (62). A carcass ply (40) is turned back around the bead structure (61) to the outside in the tire width direction. In a cross-section taken along the tire radial direction and the tire width direction, the bead core (62) is square-shaped, and a round section (69) bulging inward in the tire radial direction is formed at the inner end of the bead structure (61) in the tire radial direction. The round section (69) is formed to be located further inward in the tire radial direction than the bead core (62) and is configured from a curved surface having a plurality of curvatures.
