Abstract:
Provided is a tire in which the braking performance on ice and the travel performance on snow are improved. A tread section of the tire comprises a plurality of circumferential main grooves, a plurality of lug grooves extending in a direction intersecting the circumferential main grooves, and a plurality of ridge sections demarcated by the circumferential main grooves and arranged in a direction intersecting the circumferential main grooves. Specific ridge sections including at least one of the ridge sections comprise a plurality of sipes extending in a direction intersecting the circumferential main grooves on the ground contact surface and a plurality of fine grooves that extend in a direction intersecting the circumferential main grooves and have a groove depth of 1.50 mm or less. When moving from one side to the other side in the width direction in a central region in the tire width direction, the directions in which the sipes and the fine grooves move in the tire circumference direction are different directions. When moving from one side to the other side in the width direction in both of edge regions outside the central region in the tire width direction, the directions in which the sipes and the fine grooves move in the tire circumference direction are the same direction. The specific ridge sections include ridge sections having at least one ridge section on the outside in the tire width direction.
