Abstract:
The present invention relates to decellularization of tissues for use in regenerative medicine. A tissue decellularization method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of preparing a tissue as a subject to be decellularized; a first decellularization step of primarily applying a first decellularization solution containing a surfactant to the tissue in order to remove cells contained in the tissue; and a second decellularization step of secondarily applying a second decellularization solution containing DNase and RNase to the tissue that has undergone the first decellularization step in order to remove DNA and RNA contained in the tissue.
