Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tissue-derived extracellular matrix derivative modified with an acryl group and a use thereof. A composition for a hydrogel and a hydrogel prepared therefrom of the present invention can simulate fibrosis patterns of various tissues according to the degree of modification or crosslinking.
