Abstract:

Provided is a tissue dividing jig which makes it possible for needle biopsy tissue for a biopsy to be easily divided over the entire length thereof. This tissue dividing jig comprises a tissue dividing base and a cutting blade set. The tissue dividing base 301 has a tissue placement portion 302 onto which needle biopsy tissue S is placed. The cutting blade set 303 is provided with a cutting blade member 305 and a guide portion 307 (hinge). The tissue dividing base 301 and the cutting blade set 303 have a positioning mechanism 307 (hinge) for mutually fixing the positions thereof. The cutting blade member 305 is provided with a cutting blade 306 in a long axis direction of the tissue placement portion 302. The guide portion 307 guides the cutting blade member 305 to move with a fixed position relative to the tissue dividing base 301. When the cutting blade set 303 is disposed in a prescribed position above the tissue dividing base 301 by means of the positioning mechanism, and the cutting blade member 305 is moved using the guide portion 307, the cutting blade 306 is disposed in a position to divide, in the long axis direction, the needle biopsy tissue S that has been placed on the tissue placement portion 302.
