Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pair of tissue factors and an application thereof. The tissue factors are respectively TRIM31 and RHBDF2 which are derived from hepatic cells, and the TRIM31 and the RHBDF2 have a trade-off relationship. The tissue factors can be used as a marker of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and/or metabolic disorder, and can be used for effectively identifying NAFLD, NASH, metabolic disorder and/or hepatic cell degeneration. A promoting agent of the TRIM31 can also be used for effectively eliminating or alleviating insulin resistance, hepatic steatosis, hepatic steatoinflammation and hepatic fibrosis.
