Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a multi-ply tissue paper having "fluffy bulkiness" as well as excellent "softness" and "smoothness". [Solution] The present invention provides a 3-ply tissue paper containing 6.1-12.6 mass% of glycerin and 1,3-propanediol, wherein the ratio of glycerin to 1,3-propanediol is 1:0.07-1:0.18, the basis weight of each layer is 13.4-16.0 g/m2, the paper thickness of the outer layer is 64-76 µm, the MMD of the outer layer is 5.0-6.1, the paper thickness of the intermediate layer is 49-59 µm, the MMD of the intermediate layer is 5.8-7.1, the paper thickness in 3-ply is 193-227 µm, the longitudinal dry strength is 301-414 cN/25 mm, the transverse dry strength is 89-125 cN/25 mm, and the transverse wet tensile strength/the transverse dry tensile strength is 0.40-0.54.
