Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tissue repair composition and a preparation method therefor. A formulation was prepared by heating, at the melting point of a polymer or more, and thus melting a copolymer polymer obtained by polymerizing a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer, mixing the copolymer polymer with water at the melting point of a polymer or more, and then stirring the copolymer polymer and the water. The formulation prepared by the preparation method stably and uniformly disperses in water to thus form suspension comprising nano-sized particles, and thereby can be injected in vivo and has a tissue repair effect by inducing tissue formation after injection.
