This titanium alloy plate has a chemical composition comprising, in mass%: 4.5% or more and 6.6% or less of Al; 0.3% or more and 2.3% or less of Fe; 0.2% or more and 2.0% or less of Cu; 0.05% or more and 0.50% or less of Si; 0% or more and less than 0.080% of C; 0% or more and 0.050% or less of N; 0% or more and 0.25% or less of O; 0% or more and less than 0.15% of Ni; 0% or more and less than 0.25% of Cr; 0% or more and less than 0.25% of Mn; and a remainder of Ti and impurities. The titanium alloy plate satisfies expression (1).　Expression (1): 35.0 ≤ 5 × AL + 5 × Cu + 10 × Fe + 20 × Si ≤ 60.0. The elements shown in expression (1) each indicate the content of each element in unit mass%.
