Abstract:
The present invention is a titanium alloy sheet for an electrode, the titanium alloy sheet including 0.1-1.0% by mass of Al and/or 0.1-1.0% by mass of Si, the total content of Al and Si being 0.2-1.0% by mass, and the remainder comprising Ti and unavoidable impurities, the average grain size of the titanium alloy sheet being 5-20 µm.
