Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a heat-resistant titanium alloy member having high mechanical strength and high oxidation resistance at high temperatures, the titanium alloy member having low mechanical anisotropy; a method for producing the titanium alloy member; and a product in which the alloy member is used. The titanium-based alloy member according to the present invention has titanium (Ti) as a primary element, includes at least 0.5-2.0 mass% of boron (B), and is configured such that fibrous TiB particles are dispersed and deposited in a polycrystalline parent phase, wherein the titanium (Ti)-based alloy member is characterized in that the TiB particles include a long axis of 1-10 μm and a short axis of 0.01-0.5 μm, have an aspect ratio of 2-1000, and are deposited in the crystal grains of the parent phase in a direction that is crystallographically random.
