Abstract:
Disclosed is a titanium bronze alloy strip material containing Ce and B, characterized in that: the weight percentage composition of said titanium bronze alloy strip material comprises 2.50 wt% to 4.00 wt% Ti, 0.003 wt% to 0.2 wt% Ce, and 0.001 wt% to 0.02 wt% B, the remainder being Cu and unavoidable impurities; furthermore, the number of spot-like inclusions having a size of ≥1.0 μm in the microstructure of the titanium bronze alloy strip material is less than 30/1000 μm2. The titanium bronze alloy strip material has excellent bending performance, and its strength, particularly the anisotropy of yield strength, is small. The present invention also relates to a method for preparation of the titanium bronze alloy strip material.
