Abstract:
Provided is a titanium pipe welding tool applicable to welding of a pair of titanium pipes. The pair of titanium pipes include a first titanium pipe (81) and a second titanium pipe (82). The tool comprises a vehicle frame (1). Mecanum wheels (2) are provided at four corners of a bottom surface of the vehicle frame (1). The respective mecanum wheels (2) are provided with locking mechanisms. A top surface of the vehicle frame (1) is provided with a horizontally arranged slide rail (3). A first slidable base (41) and a second slidable base (42) are provided at the slide rail (3). The first slidable base (41) is provided with a vertically arranged first raising/lowering support (51). The second slidable base (42) is provided with a vertically arranged second raising/lowering support (52). A top end of the first raising/lowering support (51) is provided with a first rotary platform (61). A top end of the second raising/lowering support (52) is provided with a second rotary platform (62). The first rotary platform (61) is provided with a first pipe clamp (71) for fixing the first titanium pipe (81). The second rotary platform (62) is provided with a second pipe clamp (72) for fixing the second titanium pipe (82). Titanium pipe welding tool can be used to weld a pair of titanium pipes conveniently.
