Abstract:
A titanium-steel transition connector structure is a titanium, titanium alloy and stainless steel transition connector structure based on soft grid segmentation and a gradient component. One end of the transition connector is one of titanium and titanium alloy or steel, and the other end of the connector comprises a transition body formed by titanium or steel and a third element or more elements forming grid segmentation together with titanium or steel. The transition body realizes a flexible connection of titanium and steel on two end regions thereof and prevents extension of cracks on other titanium-steel hard connection regions. A cross-section of the transition body of the transition connector structure perpendicular to a connector direction is circular or polygonal, thereby dispersing stress concentration generated by the connector, preventing further expansion of cracks, and improving titanium-steel gradient connection strength.
