Abstract:
Disclosed is a titanium tube production apparatus, belonging to the field of tube production. The titanium tube production apparatus comprises a base, wherein a switch A is fixedly installed on an outer wall of the front end of the left side of the base; sliding grooves A are formed inside the left and right sides of the middle part of the base; sliding blocks A are installed inside the sliding grooves A in a sliding manner; springs are fixedly installed inside the sliding grooves A and at outer ends of the sliding blocks A; the upper ends of the sliding blocks A penetrate through the sliding grooves A and connecting plates are fixedly installed at the upper ends; tube clamps are fixedly installed on outer walls of inner sides of the upper ends of the connecting plates; side plates are fixedly installed on outer walls of the upper ends of left and right ends of the base; an electric motor A is fixedly installed on an outer wall of the upper end of the side plate on the left side of the base; the lower end of the electric motor A penetrates to the inside of the side plate and a screw is rotatably installed at the lower end; an outer wall of the screw is rotatably connected to a screw sleeve in a sleeved manner; and limiting rings are fixedly installed on the upper and lower sides of an outer wall of the screw sleeve. By means of configuring a rotational structure, an elastic telescopic structure and an embedded fixing structure, the practicability of the production apparatus is improved.
