Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clipper capable of cutting not only fingernails but also toenails and, in particular, enables those who do not easily bend their backs to easily cut their toenails, and in this case, to enable accurate clipping, an accurate action is induced by preventing a movement during operation of a fixed base and an acting base of an operating part that operates a blade part.
